Polo HQ is on Google Play. Every phone in the yard is covered.

The Android app is live on Google Play, so anyone in your organisation can download it today, whatever phone they carry. It is the same app as on iPhone: one account, an interface for every role, and everything synced with the platform in real time.

Competitions

Your own competitions, from the first entry to the final table.

A new module for clubs that host their own events. Set a competition up in a guided wizard, take entries through a link, let the draw schedule the games and record the results. Teams follow along on the club's public competitions page or in the Member app. Included in Club Pro, and an add-on for Team plans and Club Starter.

Staff

One record for everyone who works for the club.

The new Staff area keeps grooms, coaches, yard staff and office staff in one directory, with their employment, documents and time off in a single profile. Pay is recorded, not calculated: there is no payroll, no payslips and no tax. Staff, grooms and coaches can see their own record, without the money.

Coach workspace

Coaches get their own workspace, built for the phone.

Four tabs, Today, Horses, Lessons and Calendar, with what a coach needs to run a lesson and nothing they should not touch. Managers keep the final say: they can hide a lesson from coaches who are not running it, and only they can delete lessons or remove sign-ups.

Member app

The Member app, rebuilt for the phone.

Players and members get a mobile experience organised around five tabs: Home, Schedule, Play, Messages and Me. Everything a member does at the club starts there.

• Sign up for practices with the number of chukkers you want, and bring guests
• Request a place in a lesson; the manager moves requests in, in the order they arrived
• Set availability day by day: available, tentative or unavailable
• Skill ratings from lessons, and practice history with chukkers played and horses ridden
• Push notifications for practices, lessons and competitions, and the club's event announcements
• Enter and follow competitions from the Play tab

Guests and announcements

Guests, approvals and one message to everyone signed up.

The practice portal now handles the player who brings friends, and every practice and lesson has one place to approve guests and talk to everyone on the list.

• Players bring up to six guests on one portal sign-up, each with a name, handicap and chukkers
• Sign up for 0 chukkers when you are only bringing guests
• A Guests button on every practice: add to roster, keep as guest or decline. Lessons get approve or decline
• A lessons portal at the club's own link, and an editable tagline on each portal
• Event announcements to everyone signed up: in-app and push with a login, email without one
• Managers can cancel the event in the same step, and portal and announcement emails carry an unsubscribe link

Daily sheet

Any day's fixtures, ready to print or share.

Pick a date and export the day as a PNG or an A4 PDF with the club logo on top. The manager decides which fields go on it.

• Practices and lessons in time order, with line-ups
• The chukker matrix in team colours
• Handicaps and team totals in the team blocks, when you want them
• A schedule and a free comments section
• Twenty fields to switch on or off, from venue to umpire

Players and roster

Edit the whole roster in a spreadsheet, without losing history.

Export the live roster, change it in Excel or Google Sheets, and upload it back. Each player is updated by their id, so practice and lesson history stays where it was.

• Blank cells leave a value as it is, they never erase it
• Every rejected row comes back with its own reason
• Handicaps run from -2 to 10 goals in the player form and on the portal

Horses, vets and the yard

Vets, grooms and yard staff, all writing to the same record.

Vets can now follow a horse for the whole season, groom health logs land where the manager looks, and maintenance work carries its own photos and voice notes.

Breeding is still an add-on, and it got the mobile pass the yard asked for, along with bloodlines you can correct and an import that checks before it writes.
