One link. That's the whole sign-up flow.

Every club gets a permanent public page. A manager shares one link, over WhatsApp or on a noticeboard, and players sign themselves up for practices. It is the only part of Polo HQ that works without an account.

• Players register with an email address and a number of chukkers
• Optional preferences: early or late, club horses, how many, notes
• A confirmation email with a calendar file and a private manage link
• That link changes or withdraws a registration, still with no account
• Known emails are matched to your roster, handicap included
• Guests are held out of the draft until you approve, promote or decline
• Your logo, your colours, your welcome note, and a home screen icon

Horse health and care

Log it once. The appointment, the task and the booster follow.

Health records went from a list of notes to a connected clinical record. What a groom, a vet or a manager writes lands in the same place, and the follow-up work schedules itself.

• Health logs are editable and dated, and show who last edited them
• Photos straight from the camera and voice notes on any record
• Logs written by grooms appear in the manager's health tab
• Pick a vet from the directory instead of retyping the name
• Vaccinations pre-fill the next due date from standard intervals
• The booster appointment is created for you, without duplicates
• The calendar reads Influenza booster, not Vaccination
• Raise a follow-up appointment or assign a task from the log itself

Dashboards you build yourself

Every role sees a different dashboard. Every person can change theirs.

Widgets are picked by the person using them rather than assigned by a role matrix, and the set on offer follows the modules your club actually runs.

Native apps, steadier

The iOS and Android apps got their stabilisation pass.

The native apps shipped first. Then came the work that made them feel native: no startup crash, no status bar sitting over the interface, notifications that actually switch on.

Horse lifecycle and records

When a horse leaves, its whole history leaves with it.

Retiring, selling or losing a horse is now a proper flow with the details owners ask about later, and the full record exports as one branded PDF.

• Retired, dead and sold, with location, reason, buyer, price and notes
• An inactive horses tab, read-only, with a live count on the active tab
• A branded PDF of the full profile: training, veterinary, farrier, health, feeding, chukkers, notes and documents
• Per-document popups with the correct filenames

Access, roles and invites

Invitations that were quietly failing now work.
